Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your CopyElement subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Elementor Component Library and associated tools will be immediately revoked, and you will no longer be able to use platform assets, templates, or components. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window for all plans, including:

  • Lifetime Deal (LTD)
  • Yearly Plan
  • Monthly and Recurring Subscriptions

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
Refunds beyond 14 days are not eligible. All refund decisions are subject to Paddle’s buyer protection terms and may be denied in cases of abuse or fraudulent behavior.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@copyelement.com with the following:

  • Your account email address
  • Order ID or payment receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will not be considered.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Abuse Prevention

To protect the integrity of our service, CopyElement reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse — such as multiple refund attempts, fraudulent transactions, or policy misuse.
